For immediate release: Rewriting the Code, a national non-profit organization dedicated to supporting 12,500+ college and early career women with a passion for technology, is continuing to add team members to support continued strong growth. We are pleased to welcome Erica Crutch as our new Director of Partner Management.
Erica has spent her career building relationships in service to others in Hospitality and Higher Education. She worked in Admissions for 6 years providing access to education for both non-traditional and graduate students, before becoming an Early Talent Recruiter and Intern Program Manager. Erica obtained her bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management and a master’s degree in Student Development in Higher Education.
“When we were searching for a strong manager for our partner program,” said Sue Harnett, RTC Founder + President, “I came across this amazing woman with a passion for education and a strong service background, and I knew she’d be a great fit for our team.”
In her most recent role Erica activated a campus recruitment strategy to reach diverse student audiences, and forged relationships with hiring managers and university partners to assist in early talent selections.
“I take pride in helping individuals and organizations transform through positivity, encouragement and courageous leadership,” Erica said. “I’m eager to assist company partners in providing valuable development opportunities for Rewriting the Code students.”
