Whare are Mentor Circles?

Mentors will be paired with a small, focused group of RTC mentees for a 1.5-hour mentoring session. These small groups facilitate collaborative discussions between mentors and eager young women. Mentors can choose from speaking with our early career women (between 1-6 years into their career) or our undergraduate and graduate students.
