What are Mentor Circles?

Mentors will be paired with a small, focused group of RTC mentees for a 1.5-hour mentoring session. These small groups facilitate a unique opportunity for mentors to have collaborative discussions with eager young women. This setting encourages personalized conversations, allowing participants to ask questions, share experiences, and gain valuable insights from seasoned professionals.

Mentors can choose from speaking with our early career women (between 1 and 6 years into their careers) or our undergraduate and graduate students.

Topics include:

  • Overcoming Challenges When Starting Full-Time Roles
  • Adjusting to a New City or State for Work
  • Capitalizing on Internship Experiences
  • Balancing Career and Personal Growth
  • Navigating Career Development
  • Open Q&A on Career Journeys
  • Expert Insights on Key Fields
