“I think it was really valuable to hear from both recruiters and full-time employees during the Lyft talk which gave the webinar a more big-picture view that I appreciated.” [RTC community member]

The Lyft company talk featured recruiters Kristen Dauler and Thomas Hughes, as well as engineers Maggie Bi and Ana Ferreira, and attracted nearly 200 RTC college women.

“I really appreciate Lyft going into detail about their interview process for different roles and positions.” [RTC community member]

Feedback was very positive. The women of Rewriting the Code enjoyed the opportunity to learn more about a potential career avenue, and the event garnered many newly interested applicants for Lyft. It was a true win-win!
