The stories of the women and companies rewriting the future of tech
How we’re
rewriting the code for women in tech
Rewriting the Code is a global community and network founded in 2017 by Sue Harnett to empower women in technology with a supportive community, tech-forward education, and career readiness. With a community of over 40,000 university and early-career women in tech, RTC is the largest network of women in tech and offers mentorship, peer support, scholarships, resources, education, and year-round events in collaboration with corporate partners. Joining the community is free, and access to our programs is never charged.
