First, you’ll create a basic account with your email and password. This gives you access to our teamRTC portal where everything happens.
Step 2
Tell us about yourself
Share some basics about your background and interests. This helps us connect you with the right Slack channels, events, and opportunities that match what you’re looking for. You can always update this information later.
Step 3
Get welcomed to Slack
Once your account is verified (we just check that you’re a real person), you’ll receive an invitation to join our active Slack community, the heart of RTC where members connect daily. This typically happens within 48 hours, often much sooner.
Step 4
Create your account
After joining Slack, you can immediately start connecting with other members, browse upcoming events, and access resources. Participate as much or as little as works for you, from daily conversations to occasional check-ins when you need support.
