I hope to become a senior/principal engineer on the pathway to become a manager with a huge emphasis on work-life balance.

Sometimes I think that my coworkers do not take me too seriously sometimes. I have a very bubbly personality and this may come across as not so serious.

What the RTC community means to her

To be empowered by a community of women who have experienced the same struggles as me and who have not only overcome them but also grown from them. The community has been a great social network for me. It has helped me find some new friends in the Seattle area and has previously helped me find jobs/internships.
