20,000 RTC members gaining AI and automation skills at an average $18,000 annual wage uplift over four years. That’s $1.44 billion in wage gains, grounded in Lightcast’s 2025 Global AI Skills Report showing a 28% average wage premium for AI-skilled workers.
Career transitions
6,700 members moving into higher-paying tech or leadership roles with an average $30,000 salary step-up over four years. $800 million in gains, benchmarked against BLS median tech wages exceeding $90,000.
Retention and promotion
15,000 members achieving raises or advancement, averaging $10,000 annually over three years. $450 million more. Because keeping women in tech longer is itself an economic intervention.
Together with Rewrite AI’s projected $2 billion in income gains through targeted AI training, the cumulative total reaches $4.7 billion. A conservative path to our $5 billion North Star.
