Rewriting the Code has been such a meaningful part of my journey in tech, connecting me with an amazing community of women who have inspired and supported me along the way. Before RTC, I struggled to find a sense of belonging during my past internships and on my college campus, I felt lonely and disconnected. But this past summer was completely different. Through RTC’s Summer Tech Hub events, I made genuine friendships and found a sisterhood I NEVER thought I could have in tech. These wonderful women became my rock, and even after the summer ended, we’ve stayed close like we never left each other. RTC didn’t just help me grow professionally, it gave me a sense of community and belonging that I will treasure forever.
