As a member of RTC, you will join our online community of college women in tech from across the globe and have the opportunity to connect in-person at select universities, regions, and summer hub cities. Various career, personal and tech learning opportunities are designed to help you on your unique path to a career in technology.

College women who apply to become Rewriting the Code members gain access to:
- Our online community of women from schools across the country who share a passion for technology
- Year-round webinar-based education sessions focused on current technologies (i.e. blockchain, AI, data science, etc.), career development, and confidence building
- Opportunities to connect with tech professionals to ask questions and gain mentorship
- The opportunity to apply to our year-long Fellows program, which will get your resume into the hands of Rewriting the Code partner companies for possible jobs and internships

Rewriting the Code is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization focused on advancing college women in tech. We partner with leading companies and universities to help college women gain knowledge of the tech industry and essential professional skills necessary for a successful career in tech.
