Rewriting the Code partners with select tech companies and universities to provide programming, training and tools to strengthen the self-confidence and sense of belonging among women majoring in computer science and engineering in the first ten years of their technical careers. Rewriting the Code is building programs and partnerships that focus on helping women overcome the confidence gap in college, navigating barriers such as social isolation, imposter syndrome and implicit bias.
